Intake Entitlement Specialist 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 998 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood, NY 11717 $50,000 a year - Full-time RiseWell Community Services 115 reviews $50,000 a year - Full-time RiseWell Community Services is looking to hire a Full-Time Intake Entitlement Specialist to join the Residential Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of all assigned entitlement/benefit cases as well as assigned intakes. Participate in the outreach and in-reach efforts of the Residential Services Intake Department for both Licensed and Non-Licensed Housing. Provide back-up for individual staff in completing intakes as needed. Assist in coordinating the intake and admission process to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer service
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 1-year experience equivalent experience in related field in Human Services (2-years preferred). Experience working with the homeless population, formerly homeless, those diagnosed with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorder is recommended. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health, clean and valid NYS Driver's License.
