The Integrated Marketing Campaign Coordinator, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) plays a key role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Funko.com and Loungefly.com. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, this position partners with Creative, Digital Marketing, Site, and Merchandising teams to coordinate campaign timelines, manage asset tracking, and ensure all deliverables are prepared for successful campaign launches. This role is responsible for maintaining campaign documentation, coordinating approvals, and supporting the day-to-day operations that power Funko's DTC marketing programs. What You'll Do Maintain the DTC marketing calendar, updating timelines as launch dates shift and ensuring campaign milestones are accurately tracked across Funko.com and Loungefly.com initiatives Support campaign planning by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and asset tracking in project management software (Asana), ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into project status Work closely with the creative team to submit campaign briefs, track deliverables, and ensure creative assets are delivered on time for campaign launches Develop and maintain campaign workback schedules and sign-off timelines with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives Package and distribute campaign materials to internal stakeholders and channel teams, including proper campaign naming conventions, UTMs, and tracking tags according to established protocols Prepare licensor approval submissions by gathering final creative assets and required documentation and submitting materials 2-3 weeks ahead of launch deadlines Assist with the coordination of campaign launch readiness, confirming that all required materials, approvals, and assets are finalized prior to launch Support campaign execution across marketing channels by ensuring assets, messaging, and campaign documentation are distributed to acquisition, retention, and site teams Act as a liaison for Funko Flagship Store marketing material requests and one-off campaign needs, ensuring alignment with broader DTC marketing initiatives Monitor campaign progress and proactively communicate timeline updates, risks, or asset needs to the Integrated Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams What You'll Bring Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines and deliverables simultaneously Highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for completing tasks accurately and on time Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively to resolve challenges Experience working with project management tools such as Asana to track deliverables, timelines, and campaign workflows Strong cross-functional communication skills with experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience working with licensors or navigating multi-layer approval processes is a plus. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are important Past design or creative experience preferred, or a demonstrated interest in developing a strong creative eye for marketing assets and campaigns Familiarity with marketing campaign execution, creative production, or marketing operations is a plus Background in marketing, communications, project management, or production coordination preferred Interest in pop culture, entertainment, and fandom-driven brands is a plus Salary Information The base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $24.23 - $ 30.29 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
