Integrator/COO

Integrator/COO Rapp Construction Morton, IL 61550 Part-time, Full-time, Contract Part-time, Full-time, Contract Rapp Construction is looking for and EOS Integrator/COO to take the wheel of our daily operations, build the necessary systems, and—most importantly—hold the entire team accountable to them.

Your goal is simple:

Turn this company into a self-sustaining machine where I am no longer required for the day-to-day "how" of the business.

What You Will Solve System Building:

We need clear, repeatable processes from the office to the field. You will identify where we are clunky, build the system to fix it, and ensure it's documented and followed.

Accountability:

You will own the EOS® framework. You lead the L10s and manage the Scorecard. When a metric is off or a Rock is missed, you deal with it directly.

The Enforcer:

A system is useless if people ignore it. You will ensure that the leadership team and the field follow our operating procedures every single time. No excuses.

Operational Focus:

You handle the "inside" of the business (execution, P&L, team management) so I can focus on the "outside" (growth and high-level strategy).

You believe a good system beats "working harder" every time.

Direct & Fair:

You aren't a people-pleaser. You care more about the health of the business and the integrity of the system than being everyone's best friend.

Logic-Driven:

You make decisions based on data and the Scorecard, not feelings or office politics.

Construction/Trade Experience:

You understand the friction between the field and the office and know how to bridge that gap without taking bullshit from either side. Qualifications Proven experience as an EOS® Integrator, COO, or Operations Manager. Experience in the construction or skilled trades industry is a major plus. Strong financial literacy (ability to manage P&L and WIP reports). Ability to relocate to the Morton/Peoria, IL area Why Rapp Construction? We are a solid, growing company. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
