Your Responsibilities:

Support the Site Manager in daily operations and ensure shifts run smoothly. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service. Promote memberships and help the team achieve sales goals. Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a positive guest experience. Oversee opening and closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and site organization. Take initiative, resolve day-to-day challenges, and communicate effectively.

What You Bring:

Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality, food service, car wash operations, or customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate others. A customer-first mindset and confidence handling guest concerns. Comfort promoting services and working toward sales targets. Reliability, initiative, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A hands-on approach and a commitment to accountability and teamwork.

Compensation & Perks:
