Job Requirements Fort Liberty, NC Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified $81,000 - $125,000 Job Description SMX is seeking Intelligence Report Officers to support multi-disciplined intelligence reporting operations. As an IRO, you will formally serialize information and multi-disciplined intelligence gleaned from collection platforms, HUMINT operations, tactical operations and exploitation operations. To be successful in this role, you will ensure appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to and information meets defined reporting thresholds. This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

March 30, 2026 Required Skills & Experience Required clearance: TS/SCI Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence, analytical, or investigative experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with four (4) years at the operational level Minimum of two (2) years specialized experience Ability to demonstrate proficiency in preparing, editing, performing quality control on, and releasing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and ensure all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to and meeting meets defined reporting thresholds Strong working knowledge of the current suite of available analytic and collection management tools, databases, and repositories Strong mastery of written communications to edit and write reports Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications Deploy as needed - must have valid US Passport #CJPOST #LI-DD1 The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
