Join a Massachusetts medical center as their next Interim Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery! ? The Position The Interim Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department. The Interim Nurse Manager will oversee ongoing processes throughout labor and delivery, antepartum, mother and baby, and OR units while assessing ongoing initiatives and assisting in process improvement projects. Seeking a mission-focused leader who will be able to positively contribute to the overall growth of the department and will help to develop and grow staff members by managing staffing initiatives. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements BSN is required. Active MA and/or compact RN license is required.

Compensation Details Compensation Range:

$155,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
