West Capital Lending is looking for a motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented intern who is interested in learning the mortgage industry through data, analytics, operations, and business development exposure. This internship is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-paced mortgage brokerage environment and is excited to grow professionally. While the primary focus will be supporting data and analytics initiatives, we are looking for someone willing to jump in wherever needed - whether that means assisting with office setup, helping prepare workstations, supporting events, or contributing to daily operational needs. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a future career in: Mortgage Banking Data & Analytics Sales & Business Development Operations & Strategy Recruiting or Business Growth Responsibilities Data & Analytics Support Assist with organizing and analyzing mortgage and recruiting data Help track performance metrics, lead flow, and business trends Support reporting initiatives for leadership and sales teams Work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal databases Identify opportunities to improve processes and organization Operational & Team Support Assist with office organization and workspace setup Help move or install desks, monitors, and equipment when needed Support company events, recruiting functions, and office initiatives Assist various departments with day-to-day tasks and special projects Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a fast-moving environment Growth & Sales Exposure Learn the mortgage broker business model Gain exposure to recruiting, sales, and business development Shadow leadership and top-performing team members Participate in team meetings, strategy discussions, and company events Explore future career paths within the mortgage industry What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed Interest in data, analytics, business strategy, or sales Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Positive attitude and team-player mentality Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems is a plus Interest in long-term growth opportunities within the mortgage industry Why Join West Capital?
