Job Description
Responsibilities may include:
Compile, organize, and process various sources of data and information File and route Rent Stabilization records Enter registration database information Process eviction-related documents Organize property files (physical and digital) and mail processing (physical and digital) Data entry projects (Tenant Habitability Plan, rent registry, etc.) Must be a college student, currently as an undergraduate or graduate, and pursuing a degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Law, or a closely related field. Graduate student preferred. Eligibility to remain in the program is contingent upon school enrollment. Students who are interested in a six-month commitment or longer are required. Students must be able to work approximately 20 hours per week during normal business hours. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends. This position is not eligible for remote work. Please include your cover letter and resume with your application. Must demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, and have the ability to think creatively, work independently, and handle multiple projects.
