Employment:

Full-time (5 days/week) | Inpatient and Outpatient Position Overview We are seeking a Hospitalist/ Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our established and growing physician-led practice. This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality outpatient medicine with strong clinical support, reasonable patient volumes, and a collaborative environment focused on long-term patient care. The ideal candidate values continuity of care and evidence-based medicine while working within a supportive setting. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient care to adult and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions (HTN, DM, CHF, COPD, CAD, etc.) Perform daily exams and lead a team of midlevels Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Participate in quality initiatives and care coordination efforts with hospital administration Qualifications MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine Active or eligible State of NJ medical license DEA registration (or eligibility) Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity and/or quality-based incentives Health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage 401(k) / retirement plan options Practice Highlights Physician-led, non-corporate environment Reasonable patient volumes with focus on quality care Experienced clinical and administrative support staff Integrated specialty access and coordinated care model Stable practice with long-term growth opportunities
