Pueblo, Colorado Compensation:
$240,000 + Sign-on Bonus + Exceptional Benefits A leading, mission-driven wellness organization in Pueblo, CO, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its growing team. This integrated care center serves a diverse patient population with a strong commitment to whole-person, community-focused care. Providers are supported by an experienced team of clinicians, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and administrative staff over 400 employees working collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$240,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 $5,000 after orientation $5,000 after one year of successful employment

Loan Repayment:
HRSA loan forgiveness program eligible Supportive, team-centered work environment Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to both adult and pediatric patient populations Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Deliver wellness services, preventive care, and patient education Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers, nurses, and support staff Adhere to organizational policies and state/federal regulatory requirements Ensure documentation and care delivery align with quality and managed-care standards Requirements Active Colorado Medical License (MD or DO) Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine , Internal Medicine , or Addiction Medicine Current DEA certificate, including Suboxone DEA CPR and ACLS certification (or willingness to complete within 3 12 months) Eligible for malpractice insurance coverage Proficiency with electronic medical records and general computer use What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Collaborative, mission-driven culture Strong administrative and clinical support Flexible scheduling options A truly community-centered environment focused on improving health outcomes Excellent stability and long-term growth potential
