Up to $500k with Partnership Opportunity Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of adult medicine, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and an emphasis on evidence-based practices. As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient health outcomes through thorough assessments and tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and detailed patient assessments to identify health concerns. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient needs. Manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses, ensuring continuity of care through follow-up appointments. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology to provide integrated care. Perform diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to catheterization and medical imaging evaluations. Educate patients on preventive care, health management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness. Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care practices. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in Internal Medicine. Proven experience in a clinical setting with a strong focus on inpatient and outpatient care. Proficiency in EHR systems, particularly Epic, along with familiarity with EMR systems for effective patient management. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment modalities across various specialties including psychiatry, dermatology, and critical care. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to perform essential procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, airway management, and wound care. Commitment to adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment while providing exceptional patient service.
