Full-Time Outpatient Monday Friday Outpatient Primary Care Adult & Senior Population A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a team-focused, value-based care environment serving adults and seniors. This role is ideal for physicians who prefer longer visit times, continuity of care, and managing complex patients within a supportive clinical model. Position Highlights Outpatient primary care only Monday Friday schedule No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities Focus on adult and geriatric patients Team-based care model with strong clinical support Emphasis on quality, outcomes, and preventive care Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and senior patients Manage chronic conditions and preventive health services Build long-term relationships with patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Practice within established clinical guidelines and quality measures Participate in population health initiatives Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for or active New Mexico medical license Comfortable managing older adults with multiple chronic conditions Interest in preventive and value-based care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with performance incentives Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with employer contribution CME allowance and paid CME time Malpractice coverage Practice Environment This outpatient practice is designed to support physicians with: Reasonable patient volumes Adequate visit time per patient Integrated care teams (RNs, MAs, social support staff) A focus on quality rather than volume Equal Opportunity Employer This organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
