We are a manufacturing company supporting the vehicles built for the construction, agriculture and automotive markets with custom designed components. Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient with MS Office Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language

Knowledge of ERP/MRP Job Duties:
Review international purchase requests and validate specifications, HTS codes, INCOTERMS, and required delivery dates. Request and compare supplier (price, MOQ, lead time). Issue purchase orders and confirm pricing, terms, and ship dates. Track open orders, monitor production status, and escalate delays. Communicate with freight forwarders on booking, pickup, and transit updates. Update ERP/MRP with accurate lead times, landed cost elements, and shipment status. Review supplier emails for documentation (CI, PL, COO, HS codes, packing lists).
Flag risks:
delays, shortages, customs hold, or incorrect paperwork. Review supplier performance (OTD, responsiveness, documentation accuracy). Update shipment trackers with ETD/ETA, carrier, and container/airway bill numbers. Reconcile PO vs. invoice vs. receiving discrepancies. Review currency impacts and update cost files if needed. Attend procurement/operations meetings with clear status updates and risks. Conduct landed cost analysis (duties, freight, brokerage, accessorial). Audit import documentation for accuracy and ISO traceability. Support inventory planning and reorder point adjustments. Identify cost-saving opportunities (alternate suppliers, consolidation, INCOTERM changes). Maintain compliance and documentation requirements (Import and Trade Compliance and
