Inventory Clerk Job Summary The Inventory Clerk is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing inventory within the facility. This role ensures accurate stock levels, supports production and warehouse operations, and maintains an organized and efficient inventory system. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming inventory from dock or warehouse personnel and verify accuracy against documentation. Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels in the system. Issue and transfer inventory to production, quality, and warehouse locations as needed. Monitor inventory levels at production points of use and replenish hardware as required. Organize new inventory, including opening and breaking down boxes, building shelving, and labeling items appropriately. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, scales, hand tools, and label makers safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Demands Ability to stock inventory on shelving at various heights. Ability to lift and place boxes or bins weighing up to 45 pounds.
