We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint/Powder Coat Helper to support our coating operations. This role is essential to ensuring parts are properly prepared, handled, and finished throughout the coating process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with their hands, follows instructions closely, and takes pride in maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with racking and handling parts for the coating process Prepare surfaces using manual and mechanical sanding methods Clean and wipe parts to ensure proper coating adhesion Perform basic touch-ups using brushes or paint pens as needed Conduct visual inspections to identify damage or non-conforming parts Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn and take direction Previous experience in manufacturing or coating processes is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:
