$19/hour Job Description The Order Processor supports day-to-day warehouse operations by accurately handling inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This role involves moving materials using pallet jacks and forklifts, pulling and returning sold materials, and assisting with receiving and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities Perform basic warehouse functions, including moving materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts (on-the-job training provided for forklift operation). Pull sold materials from designated locations and return materials to proper storage locations as needed. Pick materials from racking and ensure accurate order processing and staging for shipment. Receive new inventory and repair orders, verify quantities and descriptions, and help ensure items are properly labeled and stored. Conduct cycle counts of existing materials to maintain accurate inventory records. Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing, organizing, and handling materials for inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-day clean-up of all assigned areas. Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Essential Skills Experience with sit-down forklifts or willingness to learn with provided on-the-job training. Hands-on experience with pallet jacks and basic material handling tasks. Practical understanding of shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse environment. Experience performing cycle counts or similar inventory control activities. Ability to perform order processing and picking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Working knowledge of basic warehouse operations and procedures. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications at a basic level to assist with orders and inventory tracking. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and documentation. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the aviation industry or familiarity with aircraft parts is a significant advantage. Understanding of FAA regulations and compliance considerations is a strong bonus. Comfort working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. The work involves physical activity, including moving materials, working around racking, and performing end-of-day clean-up. The environment is team-oriented and focused on maintaining orderly warehouse operations and safe work practices. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Johns, FL.
