Inventory Control Manager

Foodservice Equipment Brokers is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory accuracy, system data integrity, and inventory related process improvement across our operations. This role is critical to ensure that our inventory, data, and processes are accurate, reliable, and aligned to support customer service, competitive pricing, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Own inventory accuracy across warehouse and showroom locations Maintain and improve item data in NetSuite including pricing, vendor setup, and classifications Lead cycle counts and inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Partner with purchasing, warehouse, and accounting to improve processes and reporting Support accurate inventory availability for customer orders, pickup, delivery, and online sales Help organize and maintain clean, countable warehouse inventory Qualifications Experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations ERP experience required, NetSuite preferred Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to work cross functionally and drive accountability Distribution or warehouse experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting at $65,000 and dependent on experience Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Why FEB Established local company serving the foodservice industry since 1994 High impact role with direct influence on operations and performance Opportunity to help improve systems, processes, and efficiency in a quickly growing business
