Job Description

Join us in our new Exeter New Hampshire location! C/A Design, Inc. is a part of the Heico Companies, and in aggregate, Heico's businesses generate more than $3.2 billion in revenues. Our new 120k sf state of the art facility in Exeter, New Hampshire is fully operational and will raise the bar in high precision manufacturing - come and join us! The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for reviewing all subassembly, hardware, raw and or specialty material requirements, assigning and transacting all requirements to the appropriate jobs through the ERP system. This role will also be responsible for internal pre-braze work in process inventory and developing pre-braze kits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance of physical inventory levels, coordinated with Purchasing Agent. Complete all required ERP inventory transactions to support production. Order pick, bag and tag all hardware and other materials to jobs per Job Requirements report to develop the "Hardware Kit". Transact, store and maintain pre-braze work in process components in preparation for kitting of brazements. Serialize and Log pre-braze components to be forwarded to Braze Department for final processing. Assist with inventory reconciliation activities such as cycle counts and annual physical inventory. Processing of customer shipments and customer purchase orders. Participate in weekly meetings with Engineering team. Maintenance of records including customer files. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma (or Equivalent) ERP System (E2 experience is a plus but not required) Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Experience with Inventory Control. General computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail
