Job Description

Inventory Control / Master Scheduler A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Inventory Control / Master Scheduler to support a major ERP implementation and help optimize inventory accuracy and production scheduling.
Salary:
$60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory control processes, including auditing inventory movement and job status updates Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure customer delivery commitments are met Verify transaction accuracy within the ERP system Coordinate with operations, production, and inventory teams to ensure material availability Monitor inventory levels and identify potential scheduling or fulfillment issues Maintain and improve on-time delivery performance
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in inventory control, production planning, or master scheduling Strong understanding of inventory flow in a manufacturing or production environment Experience working with ERP systems; JD Edwards experience strongly preferred Ability to analyze transactions and troubleshoot data discrepancies Excellent organizational and communication skills
