In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, optimizing stock management processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across warehouse distribution, procurement, and logistics functions. Your expertise will help improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data analytics, process improvement strategies, and category management skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to continuous growth. Duties Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) Conduct root cause analysis to identify discrepancies, stock shortages, or excess inventory issues, implementing corrective actions promptly. Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency through category management and stocking strategies. Utilize forklift/ cherry picker operation skills for materials handling when necessary and ensure compliance with safety standards during heavy lifting activities. Support logistics planning by analyzing transportation options such as 3PL providers and managing shipping schedules for optimal delivery performance. Collect and analyze data related to retail management trends and e-commerce demands to refine inventory control practices. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on inventory control within a warehouse or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as SAP or AS400), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; certification preferred but not required. Operating Cherry picker, Reach, Sit down (3+ yrs of experience) Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner Assist inbound and outbound operations by verifying inventory accuracy during put-away and rack loading; Identify and return incorrectly picked products to their proper inventory locations Support and optimize warehouse space utilization and organization Must be attention to detail, be able to work flexible schedule including overtime when necessary; Bilingual in English and Spanish. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and financial modeling related to inventory management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock tracking, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving processes. Knowledge of retail management principles and e-commerce logistics is a plus.
