Inventory Control Specialist II

Maintain efficient and accurate inventory management procedures, consistent with company policy and procedures. Safeguard inventory assets to facilitate shortage detection. Maintain accurate records of all audits, counts, and adjustments. Make system adjustments as required and analyze results of counts to initiate permanent corrective actions. Follow client's disposition of damaged and/or expired product, including shipment and destruction. Provide timely and accurate responses to Customer Service and initiated cycle count request. Support product recall return process through physical identification and segregation of product. Responsible for running reports, reconciliation of final count variances, and all other reconciliation activities. Process accurate perpetual inventory adjustments to match physical inventory movement, when necessary. Maintain product identification and location programs. Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them. Must be detailed oriented. Other duties as assigned
