Role:
You'll be joining one of the most respected, high-caliber RV engineering teams in the industry; working alongside exceptionally talented professionals who are shaping the future of adventure-vehicle design and innovation. About the Role We are looking for a detail-driven Inventory Controller to join our production team on-site in Cincinnati. This is a hands-on, floor-level role at the center of our manufacturing operation. You will own the accuracy and integrity of our inventory from the moment a delivery arrives to the moment parts reach the production floor
  • and everything in between.
This role is critical. When parts are wrong, missing, or below standard, builds stall and quality suffers. You are the person who prevents that.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Check-In
  • Receive and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders
  • Inspect incoming parts for quality and conformance to spec
  • Log all received items accurately into NetSuite
  • Flag and document any discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues immediately Parts Issuance
  • Pull and issue parts to the production floor against active work orders
  • Ensure the right part, right quantity, and right quality reaches the right job at the right time
  • Maintain accurate issuance records in NetSuite Outbound Shipping
  • Verify quantities and contents on all outbound shipments before dispatch
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete Stock Management
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory positions in NetSuite
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full stock takes
  • Identify and investigate variances between system records and physical stock Requirements
  • NetSuite experience
  • required
  • 2+ years in inventory, receiving, or warehouse management
  • Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or custom build environment strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • quality inspection is a core function of this role
  • Organized, process-driven, and consistent under the daily demands of a production environment
  • Clear communicator who documents accurately and flags issues early
  • Must be available to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH
