Job Description

Job Overview The dynamic team at Robert E. Little, Inc., in business since 1946, is currently seeking an onsite full-time detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our company's Bookkeeping Department at our Little's of Zieglerville location. This role is vital in ensuring optimal inventory records and efficient procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess experience with inventory data entry and/or bookkeeping knowledge with relatable computer skills, education, and/or equivalent work experience. This position offers opportunities to contribute to accuracy and proficiency throughout the company. Seasonal overtime on Saturdays is mandatory during the busy spring season. Robert E. Duties Process whole goods receipts, vendor invoices, and warranty credits in company business software Utilize inventory spreadsheets, including extraction from company business software into Excel, and formatting for use Communicate with internal departments to reconcile paperwork Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Meet all time-sensitive deadlines Process parts receipts to vendor invoices and finalize to post Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions Requirements Successfully work in an office group environment and exhibit excellent communication skills Perform primary computer duties of inventory processing and reconciliation Be responsible for processing parts invoices, warranty credits, equipment transfers, new equipment invoices, and unit cost adjustments Research inventory transactions and discrepancies, online inventory settlements, and any other applicable functions Possess strong organizational skills and strong computer skills, including knowledge and use of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office tools Physical ability for light lifting may be required Prior inventory data entry and/or bookkeeping knowledge preferred.
