Warehouse Laborer - Pallet Repair

About the Job We are looking for dependable, hard‑working individuals to join our pallet repair team. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role involving the repair, rebuilding, and sorting of wooden pallets using power tools and manual labor. Responsibilities Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using pneumatic nail guns, pry bars, and saws Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair needs Sort pallets by size, grade, and quality Lift, stack, and move pallets weighing 20-50 lbs repeatedly Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet daily production goals and quality standards Work in a warehouse/yard environment in hot, cold, or variable weather Requirements Experience with hand tools or power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers, etc.) preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for long periods

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
