Inventory Flow ManagerJP- Sides Ford & JP Sides Chevrolet We are looking for someone to help manage and push inventory through the process from acquisition to frontline-ready as quickly and efficiently as possible. The goal of this position is simple: Know what we have Know where it is Know how long we've had it Reduce cycle time at every stop This role works directly with management and uses our internal technology and systems daily to monitor inventory flow, identify delays, and help keep vehicles moving. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Monitor inventory throughout every stage of the process Track aging and identify delays quickly Work directly with management to reduce cycle time Utilize internal technology and workflow systems daily Maintain accurate inventory statuses and notes Coordinate internally with recon, service, body shop, and management teams Identify bottlenecks and help improve operational flow Ensure vehicles continue moving toward frontline-ready status without unnecessary delays What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable with technology and learning systems quickly Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency Problem solver that takes ownership Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Automotive experience is helpful, but not required Benefits Competitive pay Health benefits available Paid vacation Fast-growing operation with long-term opportunity If you like structure, speed, accountability, and solving problems, we'd love to talk with you.

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
