Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist

J.D. Crow & Associates, LLC has an immediate full-time opening for a detail-oriented Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in a long-term career position. In this position you will play a critical role in the success of the business by managing our warehouse operations processing outgoing shipments, incoming deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory. You will need an understanding of shipping and logistics procedures, compliance and regulations & have experience with shipping software and inventory management. Duties include accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders for shipment, creating and printing all shipping labels & necessary paperwork, processing incoming deliveries and stocking materials in their correct locations, performing inventory counts & maintaining accurate records, inspecting all incoming and outgoing products for damage and discrepancies and communicating effectively with team members, vendors and delivery personnel. The ideal applicant would be dependable, hard-working, organized, a quick learner and must be good with numbers with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. After the initial training period, applicant must be able to work independently, quickly, & efficiently with little supervision. Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Office hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Hourly pay will be based on experience. A Health Insurance allowance as well as Employer Paid Dental, Vision and Life are available after 90 days. A 90-day probation period is followed by reviews with potential performance & attendance-based raises. Paid holidays, PTO and bonuses are provided. J.D.
