Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to lead our purchasing, customer coordination, and supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end inventory processes, optimizing warehouse distribution, and ensuring seamless supply chain flow. Duties Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, demand planning, and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels. Manage procurement activities by sourcing materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with warehouse teams on shipping & receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to streamline operations. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or AS400 for data collection, analysis, and reporting on inventory metrics. Conduct root cause analysis for stock discrepancies or supply chain disruptions and implement process improvements. Develop and visualize data insights using tools like Power BI or Tableau to support decision-making and optimize stocking strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, logistics, and customer service to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control within a retail or e-commerce environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, AS400), and data analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI or Tableau. Demonstrated ability in procurement negotiations, sourcing strategies, and supplier management. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform financial modeling, pricing analysis, and demand forecasting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Pivot tables for summarizing and analyzing large data sets VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for data matching and cross referencing IF statements and nested logic functions for decision based analysis Data cleaning and structuring for reporting accuracy Experience with advanced filtering and sorting techniques Preferred experience with Power Query for data transformation and automation Ability to build clear, reliable reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
