Job Description

Inventory Specialist Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to help manage and maintain our inventory operations. In this role, you'll ensure accurate inventory levels, support warehouse activities, and help improve processes that keep materials moving efficiently. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate well with both warehouse and office teams. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory systems Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues to prevent future errors Work with purchasing to ensure materials are ordered and received on time Coordinate with warehouse staff on shipping, receiving, and stock organization Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed Track and report inventory performance using tools like Excel Identify areas for improvement and help streamline inventory processes Support planning efforts to ensure materials are available for production and operations Qualifications Experience in inventory control, and warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools (Excel preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized Experience with forecasting, purchasing, or logistics is a plus Forklift experience or certification is helpful but not required What We're Looking For Dependable and organized Strong communicator who works well with different teams Proactive in identifying and solving problems Focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
