This may be individually or part of the inventory team. Secondary responsibilities will include merchandising of company stock rooms, training location parts clerks, and assistance with inventory compliance via company reporting. Duties and Responsibilities Performs physical inventories at company locations individually with the assistance of the inventory team Inventory merchandising and stockroom resets. Training parts clerks on company standards, inventory processes, and RF Scanners Prepare inventory reporting along with assisting with compliance Assist with Warehouse Operations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently Travel 50-75% Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Some data entry experience preferred Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
