Inventory Systems Specialist

Description We are looking for a Inventory Systems Specialist to join a manufacturing team in New Jersey. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working with SAP, MS Excel, and takes pride in producing accurate, consistent results in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Logistics Supervisor with daily procedures and troubleshooting inventory issues within MS Excel and SAP
• Receive and log incoming material into ERP and inventory logs
• Manage material shortages with Vendor / PM
• Create shipping documents
• Answer incoming logistics calls
• Maintaining procedural spreadsheets and inventory tracking logs Requirements + 2-3 years of experience with MS Excel and ERP experience, preferably SAP + Strong communication skills + Highly organized + Comfortable working in a team environment Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
