Inventory/Warehouse Assistant Location:

Our team builds high‑quality, custom illuminated signs for companies across the country, and we rely on strong inventory and warehouse support to make it happen. What You'll Do Keep materials stocked and ready so production never slows down, including moving parts and supplies throughout the warehouse and production areas. Receive, count, and organize incoming parts and supplies, often unloading, lifting, and carrying boxes and materials. Build and assemble LED kits and parts boxes so production teams have complete, ready‑to‑use components. Stage, stack, and restock materials on racks, shelves, and carts to keep the shop floor supplied. Update inventory counts in our systems and spreadsheets. Support cycle counts and physical inventories and report variances. Communicate with purchasing, production, and shipping when items are low or delayed. Physical Nature of The Job Work is done in a manufacturing/warehouse environment around production equipment. Regularly walk, stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and boxes (with assistance or equipment for heavier items). Use carts, forklifts, and similar equipment to move materials as needed. What You Bring Detail‑driven, organized, and dependable. Comfortable with numbers and basic spreadsheets. Strong communication with both office and shop‑floor teams.
