Irrigation Technician

```Duties```

• Install and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
• Dig trenches and install pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads
• Repair and troubleshoot irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning
• Adjust sprinkler heads to provide optimal coverage for lawns and gardens
• Perform regular inspections to identify leaks, clogs, or other issues
• Program and set timers for irrigation systems based on specific watering needs
• Collaborate with landscape designers and contractors to plan irrigation layouts ```Skills```
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with power tools
• Experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care techniques
• Proficiency in using hand tools for digging, cutting, and assembling irrigation components
• Knowledge of different types of irrigation systems, including drip irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications for installation and repairs
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve issues in irrigation systems
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system malfunctions
