Description Job Summary:

Responsible for serving as the primary on-site IT resource for Windward Outdoor locations, supporting daily technology operations, end users, and systems while collaborating with Berlin Gardens' IT team. This role ensures reliable IT infrastructure, supports ERP implementation, and maintains secure, efficient technology operations across the business.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide daily support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, mobile devices, and other peripherals Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Set up and manage user accounts, devices, and system access permissions Support Microsoft 365, email, file sharing, and collaboration tools Coordinate with Berlin Gardens IT team and external vendors on escalated issues Assist with basic network administration including switches, wireless systems, and firewalls Maintain servers, backups, and cloud-based systems Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management Support ERP implementation activities including system setup, device configuration, and user support Configure workstations, printers, scanners, and shop-floor devices tied to ERP systems Participate in ERP training, implementation sessions, and ongoing system support Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for ERP users Follow company IT security standards including endpoint protection, MFA, and access controls Promote and enforce safe computing practices across the organization Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline IT processes Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on IT improvements and site needs Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Minimum Qualifications Required:

3+ years of hands-on IT experience (support, systems administration, or similar) Strong knowledge of Windows systems and PC troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID) Ability to work independently as the primary IT resource at a facility Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset Experience supporting manufacturing environments or ERP systems

Preferred:

Basic networking knowledge (switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls) Experience with backups, virtualization, or cloud environments Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell preferred) Experience with

SharePoint and OneDrive Physical Requirements:

Sitting for extended periods (more than 2/3 of workday) Frequent use of hands for typing and handling equipment Occasional lifting of IT equipment up to 50 lbs. Ability to move throughout facility to support users and equipment

Working Conditions:

Indoor office and manufacturing environment Occasional exposure to production floor conditions including noise and temperature variation Limited after-hours support required for critical issues only Occasional travel required to Florida location
