IT Administrator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on IT Administrator responsible for both daily IT operations and long-term strategy. This role oversees the full lifecycle of IT systems—including infrastructure, Microsoft 365, devices, networking, security, vendors, and budgeting—ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology that supports business operations and growth. The ideal candidate balances user support and maintenance with planning, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Respsponsibilities:

Manage IT infrastructure: servers, networks (firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi), and cloud systems Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, devices, and business applications Provide user support, onboarding/offboarding, and remote team assistance (on-call as needed) Maintain cybersecurity: endpoint protection, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery Monitor systems for performance, uptime, and reliability Manage vendors, licensing, and IT costs Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and standard processes Lead projects, system upgrades, and (IT strategy/roadmap)

Qualifications:

3-7+ years of IT Administrator experience Strong networking, Windows server, and Microsoft 365 expertise Solid troubleshooting, security, and communication skills

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
