Rate of Pay:
$22.34•$25.13 Valid Driver's License issued in the US is required. Bachelor's degree in the IT field or its equivalent; 5 years' of in working with enterprise or health information systems or in a related field; or a combination of education and experience. Knowledge of computer applications to include word processing, databases, and/or data entry is required. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the IT field is required. The ability to create detailed and thorough documentation that is kept up to date is required. Self-motivation and the ability to learn complicated IT related concepts is required. Attention to detail and accuracy when working with applications and team members is required. The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff is required. The position may require, on occasion, working before or after normal business hours when tasks require it. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds is required. Walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, pushing, and pulling are required. Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot applications for the Enterprise Divisions or the Human Services Division. Documents application workflows, integrations, and connectivity with all Enterprise Division or Human Services Division applications. Works closely with application power uses to identify the root cause of application related errors/issues. Responsible for managing application related upgrades and working with 3rd party vendors for problem resolution and support. Research and implement new applications and guide the integration with existing applications. Attend mandatory training and has the ability to become certified in Enterprise or Health information systems. Appropriate work attire is required. Must attend all mandatory department meetings. Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees and/or clients. Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems. Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers. Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community. Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
