$26.95•$30.32 Valid Driver's License issued in the US is required. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and 3 years of experience supporting Enterprise/Casino or Programs/Health Care applications, OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience supporting complex, mission-critical applications are required. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to create and maintain detailed technical and end-user documentation is required. Experience working directly with vendors and managing support escalations is required. Ability to support multiple locations required. Travel is required. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead technical initiatives is required. Willingness to work outside normal business hours when required for upgrades, maintenance, or critical issues is required. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. Attention to detail and accuracy is required. Proven experience with process automation is preferred. Familiarity with SQL databases and queries is preferred. Familiarity with Unix operating systems is preferred. Working knowledge of M365 applications and user management is preferred. A working knowledge of Electronic Health Records and Health Care applications is preferred. Familiarity with Casino Data Systems is preferred. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions is preferred. Familiarity with Human Capital Management Solutions is preferred. Familiarity with Point of Sales solutions is preferred. Working knowledge of programming languages is preferred. Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved. Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation's Personnel Policies. Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Normal Physical requirements. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize Enterprise/Gaming or Programs/ Health Care applications with minimal supervision. Serves as a technical escalation point for complex application issues. Lead root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact application issues and recommend long-term solutions. Document and maintain detailed application workflows, integrations, dependencies, and data flows. Coordinate, plan, and lead application upgrades, patches, and version changes, including testing and rollback planning. Act as the primary technical liaison with third-party vendors for advanced troubleshooting, support cases, and system improvements. Research, evaluate, and recommend new applications or enhancements to existing systems. Lead or participate in application implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance. Provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to Application Support Specialists and other IT staff. Must attend all mandatory department trainings and meetings. Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems. Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers. Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community. Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
