Job Description:

Business Analyst - Global Markets / Credit Markets Technology Join a high-impact Global Markets technology team focused on transforming and modernizing the Credit Markets business through innovative technology, automation, and data-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, trading operations, and technology, offering the opportunity to work closely with front-office stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to enhance the firm's Credit Markets platform and drive strategic initiatives across a fast-paced trading environment. You will play a key role in improving workflows, optimizing data processes, supporting platform modernization initiatives, and helping shape the future state of Credit Markets technology infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Drive modernization initiatives across the Credit Markets platform, helping improve operational efficiency, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities
• Analyze complex structured and unstructured data flows to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across teams
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and business intelligence tools that provide actionable insights for management and trading partners
• Support the integration of internal applications and tools into the broader Credit Markets ecosystem, including automation and reconciliation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance functionality across Global Markets, Securities Financing, and Equities workflows
• Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases for development teams
• Serve as a key liaison between business users and technology teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of new system enhancements and releases
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance as new solutions are introduced

What We're Looking For:

• 5-9 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Credit Markets environments
• Strong understanding of fixed income products, credit trading workflows, and market operations
• Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technology/development teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvement opportunities
• Experience with workflow automation, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
