We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Consultant to join our growing IT Infrastructure Team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between complex technical systems and strategic business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at delivering high-level technical solutions while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure that aligns with our clients' long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory:

Analyze business and technical requirements to offer expert advice on leveraging technology to achieve organizational objectives.

Technical Implementation:

Design and implement robust technology solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee IT initiatives and collaborate closely with in-house technical staff to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Stakeholder Communication:

Present ideas in an unbiased manner to clients and peers, ensuring technical concepts are communicated at a level all stakeholders can understand.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through consistent face-to-face engagement and collaboration.

Legacy Support:

Understand and properly maintain existing solutions to ensure business continuity and stability.

Candidate Profile Analytical Thinker:

You possess a disciplined approach to problem-solving and technical execution.

Effective Communicator:

You have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy engaging with both technical teams and non-technical clients.

Continuous Learner:

You have a genuine passion for emerging technologies and are comfortable stepping outside your current comfort zone to master new tools.

Detail-Oriented:

You can successfully multi-task in high-pressure, enterprise-level environments without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications & Experience Education & Experience Degree:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Enterprise Background:

Proven experience working within large-scale or enterprise-level IT environments.

Core Technical Stack:

4+ years of hands-on experience with: Microsoft Windows Server (Installation, configuration, and management). VMware Technologies (Virtualization management and architecture). Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

Microsoft:

MCSA or Microsoft Cloud Stack (Fundamentals or Advanced).

Virtualization:

VCP (VMware Certified Professional).

Networking:

CCNP or CCNA.

Security:

Any recognized industry security certifications (e.g., GSEC, Security+). Bonus Skills Experience in a dedicated infrastructure administration or IT leadership role.
