IT Internship -Part-Time

Brown, Inc. has an opportunity available for a motivated IT Intern to join our team. Our three divisions, Engineering and Test, Technical Services, and Mission Systems, make DTB a diverse and interesting place to work. Dayton T. We support customers across all platforms and services in the military, aerospace, shipboard, railway, weapons manufacturers, automotive and consumer industries worldwide. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with upgrading and imaging company laptops Help organize inventory, and maintain IT hardware and software assets Provide general help desk support, including troubleshooting end ‑ user issues Support setup and configuration of new equipment for employees Assist with routine system maintenance and documentation updates Work closely with IT team members on various small projects and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

Actively enrolled in a college or university program (IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields preferred) Strong interest in information technology and hands ‑ on technical work Good communication and customer service skills Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Windows setup, imaging, configuration, or troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration or support (user setup, Outlook/Teams issues, OneDrive sync, etc.) Familiarity with help desk systems or ticketing tools Basic understanding of networking concepts Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed Dayton T.
