Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Network Technician who is ready to join our MSP team. This is a 'full stack' role designed for someone who loves the complexity of server management and infrastructure projects but is also willing to perform across all levels of support. In this role you will help manage the server lifecycle - from architecture and migrations to high-level troubleshooting. Because we are a lean and agile MSP, you will also handle T1 and T2 support, ensuring that our clients' foundational technology is as stable and optimized as their high-level infrastructure. Key responsibilities Tier 3 and Infrastructure (The 'Server Management' Core)
    Server Management:
    Full lifecycle management of Windows Server and Linux environments, focusing on 99.9% uptime and security hardening.
      Virtualization & Storage:
      Deployment and maintenance of VMware/Hyper-V clusters and managed storage solutions (SAN/NAS).
        Project Management:
        Complete high-value projects, including P2V migrations, Asure/M365 cloud transitions and domain controller builds
        • Disaster Recovery (BDR): Manage and audit enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, etc.) and lead recovery efforts during critical outages. Tiers 1 & 2 Support (The 'Operations' Core)
        Escalation Point:
        Resolve complex desktop, connectivity, and software issues that require a deeper understanding of the underlying network/server interaction
          Proactive Maintenance:
          Perform routine system health checks and patch management across the client base to prevent recurring tickets.
            User Support & Onboarding:
            Efficiently handle workstation setups, peripheral troubleshooting, and user profile management.
              Standardization:
              User your server-level expertise to create better documentation and automation scripts that empower the resto the team to solve T1/T2 issues faster. Requirements
                Proven MSP Pedigree:
                3-5+ years in a fast-paced MSP environment, comfortable with juggling multiple client environments simultaneously.
                  Deep Server Knowledge:
                  Expertise in Active Directory/GPO, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.

                  Generalist' Edge:
                  Highly proficient in the full IT stack, from crimping a cable and setting up a printer to configuring BGP-enable firewall.
                    Communication:
                    Ability to pivot from technical "server-speak" with vendors and other professionals to empathetic, clear support for end-users.
                      Tech Stack:
