Full-time What You'll Do Greet patients with a warm, friendly attitude and make them feel welcome Perform pre-testing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail Assist doctors during eye exams and ensure the patient flow stays smooth Maintain clean, organized exam and testing rooms Input and update patient information in our EMR system Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work culture Provide exceptional customer service at every step of the patient journey What We're Looking For A positive, upbeat personality with strong communication skills Someone bubbly, friendly, and comfortable interacting with patients Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask A team player who enjoys collaboration and supports others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Previous optometry or medical office experience is a plus but not required - we will train the right person!
