As the IT Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting a mission-driven agency by ensuring the systems that serve our staff, industry partners, and the public are secure, reliable, and accessible. We're seeking a leader with a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations who is motivated by public service and impact. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position leads the IT Operations team and oversees essential functions including network infrastructure, server and desktop environments, IT security, disaster recovery, service desk operations, and IT asset management. As a member of the IT Leadership Team, you will collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with agency priorities and help translate strategic goals into effective, scalable solutions. This is a highly visible "working manager" role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement. You will guide policy, standards, and long-term planning while also addressing complex technical challenges and supporting day-to-day operations. Your work will directly enable secure online services used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and industry professionals, making this role vital to maintaining public trust and advancing the agency's mission.
