IT Strategic Sourcing Lead

Requirements 7 or more years of experience in IT strategic sourcing and technology category management. Proficiency in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and telecom licensing models. Experience with end-to-end RFP/RFQ execution and vendor evaluation frameworks. Experience in contract negotiation for software, hardware, and IT services. Experience with AWS and Azure pricing structures and cloud service agreements. Experience with financial cost optimization and technology spend analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Drive procurement strategies for enterprise software, hardware, and cloud categories. Lead complex RFP and RFQ processes to identify high-value technology vendors. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and legal conditions for IT agreements. Optimize technology spend through contract consolidation and vendor performance tracking. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to translate technical requirements into sourcing plans. Manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure compliance with financial policies. Analyze market trends and vendor bid data to drive cost-saving initiatives.
