Data Entry Clerk

A leading healthcare organization is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist with inventory management operations at its facility in Tarrytown, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter alpha-numeric data into company databases and inventory systems.
• Review and verify data entries to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory tracking and reporting requirements.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams preferred.
• Prior experience working with databases or inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.
