Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time, reliable, and skilled IT Support Assistant to join our team at Wesley Commons! This is a hands-on position that combines on-site troubleshooting with remote user assistance - perfect for someone with basic networking IT experience and a customer-first attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot electronics, including televisions, phones, and associated devices Providing hardware and software support to Wesley Commons and providing technical assistance to residents, employees, and admin staff. Communicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues Basic networking needs Other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
