Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baldwyn, MS, for an entry-level Information Technology Support position. The role involves providing technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The candidate will assist the IT team with resolution of operational or network issues. Additional duties include completing daily operations checklists for the network and its applications; maintaining, monitoring, and updating computer servers; ensuring efficiency of server programs and successful implementation of updates; generating and reviewing required IT/customer reports; and adherence to federal and state banking regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Clear and effective communication with team members and end users is essential in this role. This role will require occasional travel and/or extended working hours during the week or on weekends, as necessary. Qualifications Computer knowledge, preferably with technical support and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Basic knowledge of Information Technology systems, including hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and provide support to non-technical users. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking or financial systems is a plus. Associates or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or previous experience in the IT field preferred.
