$11 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating proficiency in food preparation and handling. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our fine dining standards while ensuring food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for daily service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Requirements Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar food service role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Experience in fine dining is a plus but not mandatory.
