IT Support Specialist

IT Enterprise Specialist Lusby, MD (onsite) 12+Month Contract Client is seeking a professional with expertise in Microsoft OS, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware support including mobile devices, printers, and scanners. The role requires imaging computers and providing software support on-site with some travel. Responsibilities Provide in-person desktop support for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft OS, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners. Perform computer imaging and software installations. Manage Active Directory, InTune, MDM, Azure, Remedy, SCCM, and o365 (preferred). Maintain effective communication with customers, keeping them informed and updated. Respond to multiple customer and employee/contractor requests. Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives. Travel 30% using a personal vehicle, with mileage and travel expenses reimbursed. Requirements Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware support, and software troubleshooting. Proficiency in imaging computers. Knowledge of software applications and hardware. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and meet customer technical needs. Strong communication skills, fluent in English, and able to articulate clearly. Ability to handle multiple customer requests and demands effectively. Willingness to travel as required. Proven customer support skills.

Pay:

$30.00 - $33.33 per hour
