(TN-USA) Domain Operations Type of contract Regular position Experience Less than 3 years Activities Adds, maintains, deletes users on network according to the guidelines established by the Corporate Network Manager Assists in the implementation and maintenance of network security. Provides end user technical support on industry hardware/software products. Assists in the writing and maintenance of system documentation at both technical and user levels. Performs backup and restore functions for local computers as required. Sets up new hardware/software for end users as directed by company standards. Maintenance of company wide inventory on hardware and software. Helps to insure that corporate computer system is up and running according to schedule. Monitors systems for messages needing a reply and responds appropriately. Assists in the implementation of new hardware/software. Protects the network through virus protection software and obtains/installs updates to that software as needed. Assists in the installation of system upgrades and patches. Must actively support our Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, immediately report all dangerous situations and correct them when able to do so safely, participate in all required Safety Training, meetings, inspections and use all required PPE.
