Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IV Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assist in preparing and dispensing sterile IV medications, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. Responsibilities Prepare and dispense sterile IV medications following aseptic technique protocols to maintain medication integrity and patient safety Assist pharmacists with medication intake, verification, and proper documentation for inpatient and outpatient needs Ensure accurate medication labeling, compounding, and inventory management in compliance with regulatory standards Maintain thorough records of medication preparation, administration, and quality control procedures Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure precise medication delivery tailored to patient needs Uphold safety standards by adhering to infection control practices and pharmacy regulations at all times Qualifications Current certification as an IV Certified Pharmacy Technician is required Prior experience with sterile compounding pharmacy is required . Proven pharmacy technician experience with a focus on IV preparation Strong knowledge of medical terminology, aseptic techniques, and medication administration procedures Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and service excellence Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced healthcare team while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standardsWork Location:
